Requirements for membership are:

At least 50% attendance of the book clubs monthly meetings. 

The meetings are held  once monthly and are 95% online and 5% offline. 

The off line  meetings are  dependant upon everyones  schedule.

A notification and availability question will be sent to everyone asking if you are avaible for the scheduled off line meet up.

Also the off line meetup is optional and will be either a book signing event or some other recreational gathering relevant to the book club and members.
